What is the seating / building / fire capacity?

The performance hall can accommodate up to a maximum of 87 seats. We recommend limiting ticket sales to 80 which allows for a few unexpected guests and provides a bit more space. The building’s fire capacity is 100, including guests, volunteers and performers.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

In order to serve alcohol at your event you must obtain your own liquor license and provide the required staff. Non-profit organizations can obtain a Special Event (community) license for about $50. Individuals and other organizations that are advertising their events to the general public will need to obtain a Special Event (commercial) license, which costs about $500. When applying for a liquor license you will need to provide our floorplan, which shows the liquor consumption areas.
